Immediately following this year’s AGM, on Saturday the 14th of March at the Dilworth Junior Campus, we will be holding a Special General Meeting of DOBA to vote on ratifying the new constitution. 

As you should already know DOBA is required to re-register as an Incorporated Society under the new Societies Act (2022). This also requires us to draft a new constitution. To date we have gone through a robust process of feedback and the council has voted to take the final draft to a Special General Meeting.

After proceedings have concluded head down to the Remuera Club, 27 Ohinerau St, for a few drinks and a catch up with fellow Old Boys.
